Reiki

Reiki is the Japanese technique of healing, by tapping into the chi or life energy.  This is done by the" laying of hands"  It is based on the idea that if your life energy is low then your body will be out of sync.  Treatment is around 40 mins to an hour.  It is carried out with the client fully clothed.  Also essential oils and crystals can be used.

AcuSound Therapy.

​

A complementry treatment using sound waves .  Our bodies respond to sound waves.  This therapy is carried out with the use of chimes, and healing Tunning forks.

As with Reiki this treatment is carried out with the client fully clothed and will last around 30 / 45 mins. Once again crystals and essential oils can be used to complement the treatment.
